Basis of the study

The objective meditation

The principle of objective meditation is the basis of the study as well as for all forms of implementation in the areas of activity. The following quote is taken from Heinz Grill’s book “Meditations”.

“Through concentration and persistent attention on a certain chosen object of meditation or on a concrete textual content with spiritual meaning, a revelation develops slowly but increasingly, which does not emerge from the physical interior of the person, but from the object of meditation itself. It is ultimately the angel who brings the object of the practitioner’s meditation closer to his soul. In every successful meditation, the physical conditions and all subjective emotions recede and the revelation of the object of meditation held in concentration goes towards the meditator’s soul. The angel brings the experience from a higher spatial level closer to the human heart.”
